Adjustable headrest for the Lazy Spiral

For a really good headrest to be comfortable, it must be in just the right position, one height won't work for everyone. To get a sense of where the headrest should range, I used myself and Barb, our talented seamstress at work. We are both height challenged, but on opposite sides of the spectrum. Barb (4'10") and myself (6'4"). Like most things which work well, the headrest is simple, using the properties of dissimilar materials working together. The headrest is installed with a zipper so the cover can be removed for cleaning. To remove, an allen wrench will be needed. Just unzip and remove the cover as far as you can. Push the headrest all the way down, and remove the stop screws at the top of the metal rails. Pull the headrest off and remove the cover. Dry cleaning is probably best because a washing machine may shrink, making the cover difficult to put back on.
