Eco-Eden:a bent-ply stack chair
The EcoEden chair is a classic design chosen by the Museum of Modern Art for their design collection in 1986. The seat and backrest are contoured for comfort, though an optional upholstered seat is available. The entire chair is molded from a single ply-bent blanket, an unusual method of construction insuring a sturdy, lightweight product. Because if its unique construction, this design can be styled options beyond the flat top and round backs. The Wood is FSC American Ash. Adhesives and finishes are non-toxic and water based.
